Where are you from? And how did you end up here?
I’m originally from Waterloo, Iowa. I went to college at University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I majored in theatre. I moved to Chicago in September of 2010 to intern with Still Point Theatre collective a theatre company that focuses on theatre and community outreach work. I still work with them as a facilitator and actor.

Let’s face it, there’s a lot of information out there about eating before your workout and after your workout and what’s best. My answer…both. You need energy and FUEL to help get the most out of your workouts. You want to make sure that your body gets used to using food as FUEL and the best way to help teach your body is to get something in your system around
